Freckle Fish

This adorable catch of the day can only be found in waters of Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra, ACT. These fish are Belgian Callebaut milk and white chocolate decorated with sprinkles. Each school (bag) contains eighteen minis, and one jumbo fish.
